2nd Degree VT Kung Fu, 2nd Technician WT Kung Fu, Black Belt Jujitsu, Black Sash Wing Chun, Eskrima Instructor

Sonny has trained in various styles of Martial Arts throughout his training career including KickBoxing, Karate, Taijitsu and Judo, gaining invaluable experience from these systems.

He is the founder of VT-ESKRIMA, and with the assistance of a great Instructing Team has developed the Organisation to bring these two Exciting and amazing Martial Arts not only to Berkshire but to other locations throughout the UK, expanding all the time.

The VT- Eskrima Organisation is affiliated to The British Combat Association with Geoff Thomson and Peter Consterdine as the Heads of BCA, continually supporting the progression of VT-Eskrima.

Sonny has a passion for teaching having taught for many years with different reputable and well established Organisations, including the largest Kung Fu Organistation in the World, which at one time had Instructors in every Country, along with thousands of students. He has touched the lives of many outstanding practitioners throughout his life and continues to enthrall people from all walks of life with his zest and exuberance for passing on his Self Defence skills and knowledge to his Students.

He has had the opportunity to train with some World renowned Martial Arts Instructors and inspirational leaders.

Instructor - Sifu Gary

1st Degree Black Badge VT Kung Fu, 12th Grade WT Kung Fu

Gary is a well versed exponent of Kung Fu and has been training in Martial Arts for many years. He is well respected amongst the practitioners of VT-Eskrima and this reputation is well deserved as he brings his years of experience in the Army to the table. He is always improving and refining his techniques and his first to start, last to finish attitude has seen him make great leaps and bounds in Kung Fu and Stick Fighting.

Instructor - Sifu Paul

1st Degree Black Badge VT Kung Fu, 12th Grade WT Kung Fu

Paul has been diligently training under Sonny for a number of years now and despite a setback with a training injury a while ago is now recapturing the true fighting prowess and form that he first displayed when he embarked upon training. He is a skilled practitioner and this coupled with his warm personality he truly epitomises the true essence of Martial Arts spirit.

Brown Badge VT Kung Fu, 12th Grade WT Kung Fu

Little Dragons taught by our Qualified Instructor. She is well respected for her Chi Sao (Sticky Arms) techniques in the VT-Eskrima circles as she uses her natural body movements, speed and subtlness to control her opponents with relative ease whilst performing Chi Sao drills and Sections. She teaches the Childrens classes and uses her honed communication skills to keep the Little Dragons in check and advancing with their learning of both Martial Arts.
